Tour itinerary

Day 1 - Day of departure

Depart on your overnight flight to Paris via a European gateway.
Day 2 - Paris

Arrival and transfer to your hotel.
Day 3 -Paris

Half day guided sightseeing tour to include the most interesting sights of Paris: the Arc de Triomphe, Opera, Madeleine, Champs Elysees, the Eiffel Tower and the Cathedral of Notre Dame which has been witness to the great events of French history. In the afternoon, visit to the Louvre, one of the greatest museums in the world, containing Oriental, Egyptian and Classical antiquities, in addition to sculptures and paintings. Dinner and overnight in Paris.
Day 4 - Paris / Versailles / Chartres

Visit to Versailles, the creation of the French monarchy at the moment of its greatest splendor. Consisting of the great palace, the gardens and the Trianons, it is a wonderfully harmonious composition of building and landscape. Entrance is free for school groups (booking fee is included). In the afternoon, visit Chartres with its beautiful Cathedral, known as the Acropolis of France (cathedral will be seen from outside only). Return to Paris for dinner and the night.
Day 5 - Paris / Avignon

Depart for Avignon. There will be a stop for lunch en route. On arrival, you will be transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight will be in Avignon.
Day 6 - Avignon

Half day guided sightseeing tour of Avignon, which is still protected by its ramparts. The historic core of Avignon is a lively centre of art and culture. See such sights as the Palace of the Popes and St. Benezet Bridge. Afternoon is free to explore Avignon with your teachers. Dinner and overnight in Avignon.
Day 7 - Avignon / Nice

Depart for beautiful, Mediterranean Nice. On arrival, you will enjoy a half day guided tour of Nice and Monaco, which will show you such sights as the Castle, Place Garibaldi and jet-setting Monte Carlo. All sites to be seen from outside only. Dinner and overnight will be at your hotel in Nice.
Day 8 - Nice / St. Paul De Vence

Excursion to St. Paul de Vence, a medieval city considered one of the most beautiful places to visit in Provence. There you will have free to enjoy this popular French resort in the company of your teachers. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Nice.
Day 9 - Day of Return

Transfer to the airport in order to take your flight Toronto or Montreal.
