Tour highlights (April 12 - 25)

Beijing's historical treasures including Tian An Men Square, Great Wall, the Ming Tombs and the Olympic site, Xian's Terracotta Warriors and City wall, Nanjing - home of the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty, Suzhou - the Venice of the East, Hangzhou's famous West Lake and beautiful scenery, Shanghai's Bund, Yu Gardens and Nanjing Walking Street, Tang Dynasty Cultural Show, Acrobatics Show and more....
Tour itinerary

Day 1 - Day of departure

Depart on your flight from Toronto to Beijing. Dinner and breakfast will be on board.
Day 2 - Beijing

On arrival in Beijing, you will be met by our ground operator and transferred to your hotel. Welcome dinner will be at a local restaurant.
Day 3 - Beijing

This morning, after breakfast, enjoy a half day guided sightseeing tour of Beijing to include Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and Hutong Area (an old residential area in Bejing) including Prince Gong's Mansion and the Temple of Heaven. Dinner this evening will be at a local restaurant.
Day 4 - Beijing

Buffet breakfast at your hotel, followed by a full day tour to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs. The Great Wall is the only man-made structure visible to the naked eye from the moon. Dinner will be at a local restaurant.
Day 5 - Beijing / Xian

Buffet breakfast followed by a morning visit to the Summer Palace. Afternoon check-out, followed by a late afternoon flight to Xian. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 6 - Xian

Buffet breakfast followed by a full day guided tour to the see the Terracotta Warriors and the City Wall. Evening Dumpling Dinner and Tang Dynasty Cultural Show.
Day 7 - Xian / Nanjing

Breakfast followed by a morning visit to the Wild Goose Pagoda and Mosque. Afternoon flight to Nanjing. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 8 - Nanjing

Buffet breakfast at your hotel followed by a full day visit to Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum and Ming Xiao's Tomb, the Tomb of the first emperor of the Ming Dynasty and the old quarter of Nanjing.
Day 9 - Nanjing / Suzhou

After breakfast, drive to Suzhou (2 hours drive). This city is known as the Oriental Venice in China. On arrival visit the Tiger Hill Park and the Silk Factory. After the tour, transfer to your hotel.
Day 10 - Suzhou / Hangzhou

Buffet breakfast followed by a morning visit to the San Tang area (Old Town), Liu Gardens, and the Silk Embroidery Institute. Afternoon bus ride to Hangzhou (about 3 hours). You will be transferred to your hotel after dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 11 - Hangzhou

Buffet breakfast followed by a full day tour to include West Lake, Ling Yin Temple, Hu Xue Yan's Mansion and He Fang Old Street.
Day 12 - Hangzhou / Shanghai

After breakfast, depart for Shanghai (about 3 hours). On arrival, visit the Bund, Yu Gardens and Nanjing Walking Street. Check into your hotel. Evening Acrobatics Show.
Day 13 - Shanghai

Buffet breakfast, followed by a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple. The afternoon is free for doing your last-minute souvenir shopping. Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 14 - Shanghai / Toronto

Transfer to the airport, in order to take your flight to Toronto.
